Halie

This is the GORGEOUS Halie! I had sooooo much fun taking these pictures. She has enough personality for Cox's Army as you can tell. She was such a great sport about our locations. We trudged through some waste high weeds and ankle deep dirt but came out with some unique and beautiful shots for her. Mom came along and did a great job being my assistant. I enjoyed the conversation and laughs from our time of shooting and would do it all again in a heartbeat! I was overwhelmed with emotion after finishing this shoot, realizing that I am doing exactly what I am called to do. Thanks Halie and enjoy your senior year. :)

Mindy and Adam

So my best friend just got engaged and I was privileged enough to take their engagements. They are so in love and I'm so excited to get to be a part of their lives as they begin this new season. I loved getting to see those "I love you" looks and hear Adam compliment his bride-to-be with "ooshy gooshy" sweet words. Mindy I'm so excited that you have found Adam and so blessed to be your bestie. I love you with all my heart and can't wait to stand up next to you on your special day!! Adam...what a blessing it is to see how happy my best friend is now that she has you in her life. Blessings to both of you as you begin this new chapter. ;)

Belle

What a sweet baby girl!! Belle is my best friend's niece. She was born premature just like my niece only not quite as early. Belle will be four months this next week which is hard to believe. She is growing like crazy and is really starting to become more alert and active. She was awake the whole shoot today which made for some great expressions of wonder, surprise, unsure, and happy. She did great even in the midst of the changing clothes and having the big snapping camera in her face. haha Love love love these pics of my sweet friend's niece...kinda my own too! Thanks Beth and Zack for allowing me to be a part of her life. Love you guys!

Megan

Here is sweet Megan. She turns five soon so mom wanted to get some pictures. Megan is great for the camera and always has a sweet pose for me. She loved getting to play by the pool and wanted to get all the way in...even in her pretty purple and white dress!! haha I told her she could come swim anytime and those big brown eyes lit up. I also told her she could come feed the fish as well. She really wanted to touch one but the fish weren't too crazy about us hovering over their pond. Owell...both the pool and the fish made for some cute pics of Miss Megan. Happy Birthday!

Joe and Autumn

Meet Joe and Autumn....and baby Chayce. First let me just say...aren't they a GREAT looking family!! I mean...simply stunning if ya ask me. The weather in Lubbock has been nothing short of it's crazy, unpredictable self. We scheduled for the morning which didn't work because we woke up to 50 degree misty clouds. The afternoon didn't look much better, but we caught the window between the partly cloudy high of 65 and the once again cloudy "isolated thunderstorms" (that never happened). I say this to say, that God is good the way He organizes things because we had the perfect amount of sunshine and shade for this shoot on a day that was, otherwise, dreary. Chayce woke up just in time for her close-ups with my camera. She wasn't sure what to think at first but by the end warmed up to the idea that my camera wasn't a monster. Autumn and Joe were naturals in front of the camera so, of course, we got some great shots of them. They are my home group leaders for bible study on Sunday nights and let me tell you I couldn't have asked for better leaders for my time in Lubbock. They are an amazing couple and I am going to miss them very much. Thanks so much for everything...I love you both...and baby Chayce so much!
